Does this work with Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com?+
Yes. The free score works from just your location and nightly rate. For a Snapshot Report, you upload the pricing CSV you can export from your Airbnb, VRBO, or Booking.com host dashboard.
How is this different from platform-native pricing tools?+
Airbnb's Smart Pricing optimizes for bookings, which usually means nudging your price down. Rascal shows you where real local demand — events, holidays, seasonality — supports charging more, so you keep the upside instead of handing it to the platform.
Do you need access to my rental account?+
